The answer is yes, but we like to say request. Our photographers work on a large number of projects and sometimes
will not be able to make the requested date and time of your shoot. If your requested photographer is not available, we
will then match you with another member of our team who is qualified to meet your needs. If the date and time of your
shoot is flexible or if you prefer to work only with a specific photographer, please specify this on your request form and
we will do our very best to accommodate you.
Last updated on June 21, 2007 by Admin All cancellations must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your scheduled event time. The deposit made with your
reservation will be refunded up to 48 hours before your event. Weddings must be cancelled 2 weeks prior your to event
date. If you book a wedding within 2 weeks of the date, your wedding is NON refundable!

during normal scheduling hours until 7:00 p.m. on the day of your event. While we cannot guarantee total
accommodation of same-day changes or additions, we are committed to fulfilling any last-minute modifications to the
best of our ability with an on-call system and our dedicated customer service. *Additional hours not previously booked
are subject to the first hour rate of same day booking. (See Pricing)

personal information with consent for the sole purpose of better serving our clients. Private Paparazzi does not share
information with any other companies, nor do we sell our lists to any advertising entities.

As a rule when booking a wedding, we recommend reserving at least two photographers per hour for the length of your event. This allows for a lead photographer to be able to capture the key focal point shots, as well as a secondary photographer to capture all the candid background moments of your friends and family, location, and festivities. Ultimately contacting us with specifics of your wedding or large event will help us to create a customized option to fit your needs. in our power to rectify the situation. No cash refunds are given but service credit is available in certain situations. If you

Last updated on April 14, 2008 by Admin The deposit (50% of the final bill) is due immediately after the request is processed and you are ready to book. This
deposit is used to secure the date and the photographer(s). The remainder of the balance (final payment) is due at
least 24 hours before the start of your event. Yes, you can book photographers for under an hour, but the hourly rate still applies. The same rate applies for 0-1
hour.
Private Paparazzi, the photographer(s) and the client have full rights to the images. Clients are able to use the photos
for their personal use, as Private Paparazzi and the photographer(s) have the right to utilize all images for advertising
and portfolio purposes.
We do also accept cash and personal check. If you are not comfortable making a payment with a credit or debit card
online, please let us know, and another form of payment can be rendered.
Private Paparazzi prides itself in client customization. Our packages were created to serve the client and make planning
of an event a simple process. If you would like to make any changes to one of our existing packages, please let us
know and we will accommodate your request.
Yes, Private Paparazzi and Print Room offer various custom products. You can find a list of these products on your
